1. Who we are

Sodeepo AI is owned and operated by Olufunmilayo Sodipo ("the owner"). By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.

2. What Sodeepo AI is

Sodeepo AI is an AI-powered chat assistant for new entrepreneurs. It provides educational information and business-preparation assistance only — not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. It is not a lawyer, CPA, or financial advisor, and nothing it produces should be treated as legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult a licensed professional in your state for legal, tax, or financial decisions.

3. Memberships and pricing

Four monthly memberships are available:

  • Launch — $25/month: chat access.
  • Build — $49/month: chat access plus document uploads.
  • Grow — $79/month: everything in Build plus saved projects and workspaces.
  • Executive — $125/month: everything in Grow, plus the Corporate Tax DIY e-book ($297 value), the interactive corporate tax web app, and the billing e-book + interactive prep course.
  • Power — $129/month: everything in Grow, plus the AI assistant on autopilot (social media, scheduling, email, calls — features roll out as they ship), with the highest usage limits under fair-use terms.

Memberships are month-to-month and continue until canceled. Prices may change; existing members are notified before any change affects them.

4. How payment works (manual-first)

Payment is manual and fee-free by default. After signing up, you pay by Cash App, Zelle, Chime, Google Wallet, or bank transfer, then contact the owner with your account email and chosen plan. The owner verifies the payment by hand and activates your membership for 30 days. There is no automatic billing on the manual path — each month's access is activated when your payment is received and verified.

Card checkout is available as an option via Stripe (2.9% + $0.30 per charge applies) for customers who prefer to pay by card. It is never the only way to pay.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime by contacting the owner. Your access continues through the end of the 30-day period you already paid for. Card subscriptions are canceled so they do not renew; manual memberships simply are not renewed unless you pay again.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled at the owner's discretion within 7 days of payment. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share your login with others; attempt to access other members' accounts or data; use Sodeepo AI for unlawful activity; or upload content you do not have the right to share. The owner may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with no refund of the current period.

8. No guarantees

Sodeepo AI does not guarantee income, grants, loans, contracts, approvals, or any business results. AI responses can be wrong — verify important facts independently.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sodeepo AI and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current membership period.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of Sodeepo AI after changes means you accept them.
