Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Sodeepo AI is owned and operated by Olufunmilayo Sodipo ("the owner," "we"). Contact: funmi_sodipo@yahoo.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
  • Membership information: your plan tier, activation/expiry dates, and — only if you use the optional card checkout — a Stripe customer ID. Card numbers are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
  • Your content: conversations, saved projects, and documents you upload, so the service can respond to you and keep your work available.
  • Usage information: token counts and request totals, used to estimate operating cost and enforce plan limits.

3. How we use it

We use your information to run your account, provide the service, process and verify payments, prevent abuse, and understand operating costs. Your chat content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses.

4. What we never do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not share your conversations or uploads with advertisers.
  • We do not ask for or store sensitive personal data such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or passwords belonging to other services. If you paste them into a chat, remove them.

5. Service providers

  • Anthropic — AI chat processing (receives your messages to generate replies).
  • Stripe — only if you choose the optional card checkout (handles card payments).
  • Render — hosting provider where the application runs.

6. Data retention and deletion

Your account data is kept while your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and its data at any time by contacting the owner at funmi_sodipo@yahoo.com; we will delete it within 30 days, except for records we must keep for payment or legal reasons.

7. Security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Payment pages and the app run over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

8. Children

Sodeepo AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of Sodeepo AI after changes means you accept them.
